Describe the need affecting the community.

There are many unemployed people who are unable to contribute to the cost of education for their children. There are many children who do not receive a meal a day because the family income is so low.

How will this Advance project help to address the need?

The project not only provides children with food but encourages them to attend school and to engage in lessons as their concentration is improved. This in turn increases the benefit of their education.

Describe the primary goal of the project.

To ensure that hot nourishing food is given to school children, in order that they thrive and improve levels of concentration and learning in school.

Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project.

Less malnutrition and higher levels of learning in school. Completion of schooling and children moving up through the years as they pass their tests.
